How to Earn Transaction Points
The program tracks 2 types of points: transaction points (used to vote) and bonus points (used for ranking, earned when you predict correctly). Transaction points can be earned from several different activities on the iKIS app — not just trading:
- For newly opened accounts (opened from 28 June 2026 onward): a 20-point bonus on first-time participation.
- Only trading value in multiples of VND 500,000 is converted into points; any remainder below VND 500,000 is not converted.
- Each account can earn a maximum of 20 transaction points per day from valid trading value.
- Each account can earn a maximum of 500 transaction points from the friend-referral activity over the course of the program.
- A valid referral is recorded via a "Referral Code" — the referrer's KIS securities account number (format: 057C + 6 digits).

How Points Are Calculated When Voting

Worked Example
On 19 June, a customer trades a total of VND 2,700,000 on iKIS. Per the program rules, the customer receives 20 transaction points.
The customer uses 9 transaction points to back Team South Korea to win:
- If the prediction is correct: keeps the 9 points used and receives 9 additional bonus points. → Transaction points: 29 (20 + 9) → Bonus points: 9
- If the prediction is wrong: loses the 9 points used to vote; no bonus points awarded. → Transaction points: 11 (20 − 9) → Bonus points: 0
At the end of the Round of 32, suppose the customer has accumulated:
- Transaction points: 20 — these expire and do not carry over to the next round.
- Bonus points: 99 — used to rank for Round 1, then fully converted into transaction points for Round 2.
→ Moving into the Round of 16: the customer starts with 99 transaction points (converted from Round 1 bonus points), and bonus points reset to 0.
Suppose by the end of the Round of 16 the customer has accumulated 120 bonus points:
- These points are used to rank for Round 2, then fully converted into transaction points for Round 3.
- Any remaining Round 2 transaction points expire.
→ Moving into the Quarter-finals: the customer starts with 120 transaction points (converted from Round 2 bonus points), and bonus points reset to 0.
This mechanism repeats the same way for each subsequent round: the bonus points accumulated at the end of each round become the transaction points used to vote in the next round.

Rounds follow the World Cup 2026 knockout schedule. The actual schedule may change pending FIFA's official announcements.

Ranking and Prize Eligibility
- After each round ends, the system finalizes points to determine rankings and identify customers eligible for prizes.
- Ranking is determined by total bonus points for that round. In case of a tie, the customer with higher valid trading value is ranked higher.
- Leaderboards are calculated separately for each round and reset when a new round begins.
- Prize notifications are sent within 5 business days after each round ends, via email and/or registered phone number.
- Prize distribution is completed within 15 business days from the end of the program.

Terms and Conditions
- A valid transaction is one successfully executed on the iKIS app during the program period.
- A valid new account is one opened via the eKYC channel.
- Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Customers may authorize another person to receive their prize on their behalf, provided complete and valid documentation is submitted as required by KIS.
- Winning customers are responsible for fulfilling personal income tax obligations under applicable law and for covering any related costs of receiving the prize (if any).
- KIS reserves the right to refuse to award a prize if fraudulent behavior is detected. In the event of a dispute, KIS's decision is final.
- Prizes apply only to investors with a custody account at KIS and do not apply to accounts held by KIS Securities employees.
- KIS reserves the right to adjust the program rules as needed and will notify customers accordingly.
- Results are determined based on data recorded in KIS's system.
